For more than a quarter of a century, the worst kept secret in the antique toy hobby has been the Chicago Toy Show. Ask anyone who loves old toys what they consider to be the single best event for sourcing quality pieces, and you will hear "Chicago", whether you're asking a Disney collector in Florida, a robot fan in Brazil, a London dealer of tinplate wind-ups, or a Baby Boomer fan. This show draws more people and generates more excitement than any other specialty event of its type in the world. Thousands of toy enthusiasts make the pilgrimage to this sprawling rural venue, located just 35 miles West of Chicago to concentrate their efforts on the goal of finding the right toy. See the "vintage" exhibits where early tin, cast iron, and comic characters abound. Check out the smorgasbord of post-war toys and action figures found in the pavilions. See the magnificent dolls and doll houses and doll furniture from the past. Real bargains and nifty "finds" are everywhere...We have presented shows for 35 years at the Kane County Fairgrounds in St. Charles, IL, 35 miles West of Chicago... Over 700 exhibitors come with displays of everything related to children's toy and doll collectibles and the antique toy world of long ago. We are exclusively a toy & doll show and do not include general antiques or glassware or jewelry, etc. This is an International Show with exhibitors from throughout the United States, as well as England, Germany, Holland, France, Spain, Canada, Brazil, Italy, Japan, Switzerland and Belgium...
