Our group discount rates are: king bed rooms and two bed rooms: ($80). Holiday Inn Priority points will be issued, but no other group discounts will apply.      We also have discounted rooms reserved with no room trading in St. Charles at the Hilton Garden Inn: ($92) and the Country Inn and Suites: ($89.95). Rooms are available for exhibitors, helpers, floor rights, and Sunday customers. These are our overflow hotels. Confirmations will be sent.      All rooms in our Toy Show Sections at the Holiday Inn may partake in our long-established room trading on Thursday and Friday, and will be included in our alphabetical and numerical Room Directory available at the registration desk. We reserve the right to make room revisions without notice as necessary. Confirmation will be sent to notify you of your hotel room number.      A complimentary continental breakfast will be served each day at the Holiday Inn from 6:30 a.m. until 10:00 a.m.   All smoking is limited to the substantial block of smoking rooms. If smoking occurs in non-smoking rooms, a fee of $100 for clean-up will be charged.      Reservations will be guaranteed for the dates indicated and will be charged accordingly on you credit card. Any changes in reservations must be received not less than 24 hours in advance to avoid room charges. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 12:00 noon at all hotels. $20 ANTIQUE WORLD SHOWS, INC. ADMINISTRATION FEE APPLIES ONLY TO HOLIDAY INN ROOMS RESERVED BEFORE FRIDAY. NO FEE FOR WEEKEND ROOMS.      In order to maintain the room trading at the Holiday Inn as it has developed, a $20 administration fee for those staying in our Tou Show rooms must accompany this form, included with your show fee, payable to Antique World Shows, Inc.      We feel those benefiting from the room trading should compensate for the expenses involved (separate printed forms, separate mailing, room trading directory, etc.) as this part of the weekend involves costs unrelated and not connected to the show.      The administration fee does not apply to Friday and Saturday reservations arriving after 4:00 p.m. at the Holiday Inn. This fee does not apply to any reservations at the other hotels.
