Each exhibitor may bring only ONE person, either a helper or a spouse. Second name must be submitted no later than two weeks prior to the show. No collector may bring extra persons other than young children living at home. (We do not need to record children's names.) Please list the adult for your booth below. Only you and this person have authority to attend Saturday and Sunday before the general public is admitted. Placement in the show will be reserved and held ONLY when payment is received. Contracts and payment must be postmarked by March 1 for special requests to be considered. Contracts will be accepted up to two weeks before the show as long as space is available.
2. SET UP SUNDAY: The BACK gate and buildings will be open at 6:00 A.M. for all exhibitors pre-registered on Saturday. Exhibitors not previously checked in will be met outside the BACK gate beginning at 6:00 A.M. to be processed. Customers will enter at 8:00 A.M. ALL PAVILIONS AND ALL BUILDINGS WILL OPEN SIMUTANEOUSLY TO THE PUBLIC AT 8:00 A.M. Please attend your booth by 7:30 A.M. 3. SECURITY: American Security and Investigation is on guard Saturday, Saturday night, and Sunday. 4. INSURANCE: Exhibitors accept full liability for any injury or loss to themselves or their property and staff while attending the show. They expressly release the management from liability for any loss or injury. 5. EXHIBIT CONTENTS:We welcome every category of antique toy and doll collectiing. Exhibitors may not display items other than children's playthings. Please bring tablecloths. 6. SHOW TIMES: : Exhibitors must be set up by 7:30 A.M. Sunday morning and must remain set up until 3:00 P.M. The public will attend from 8:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. and will expect to see a full show. Exhibitors who start packing before 3:00 p.m. will risk losing their location. 7. CANCELLATIONS: Credit for cancellations received 2 weeks prior to the show. $25 charge for returned checks. 8. NO SOLICITATION OF DEALERS OR CUSTOMERS IS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME.
