Saturday, October 26:  Dealer Set-up & Pre-Show 9am
Sunday, October 27:  General Admission 8am

Our facility options offer choices between 7 fully enclosed buildings plus one Pavilion.  All booths have a 2-table minimum with tables measuring 2 1/2 ft x 8 ft.  All booths additionally come with two chairs.  Table prices range between  $65 to $120 depending upon the building option.  *$5 per table fee if utilizing PayPal

Special Announcement Regarding Exciting Additions Beginning in October:

Our Sunday General Attendance has been growing and approaching the capacity of our aisle widths.  Exhibitor Registrations and Exhibitor requests to increase booth size have led to our exhibitor space being sold out months before the event.  To address these needs, the following permanent changes are being implemented:

*The single row in both PEC East & West have been removed, allowing for aisle width to increase to 11'-6" (this was modeled in our recent July event)

*The PEC Atrium has been reconfigured with fewer booths

*The center row in Rabbit has been removed

*Poultry will not be used

*EXHIBIT A Building (aka Robinson Hall) has been reopened to offer a third enormous & premier exhibit hall complimenting PEC East & PEC West.  Exhibit A will open  early at 7:30am on Sunday

*An 18 passenger Shuttle Tram is being added to bring customers between Gate 2 and the Exhibit A Building with constant trips from 7am - 3pm (security will allow customer entry at 7:30am)

With the above changes, our facilities will have wider aisles with more visible exhibits throughout the show, making it a more enjoyable experience for both customers and exhibitors.  If additional exhibitor space is required to meet growth, the Exhibit A Kitchen building along with Poultry offer growth options.  Please see our floor plans to review these updates.
